Inviting Women to Rewrite Their Stories: From Shame to Shining

Providing coaching for women in Florida and throughout the country

Have you struggled with thoughts like these?

  • “I can’t tell anyone this part of my story.”

  • “God could never use someone like me.”

  • “If God cared about me, this would never have happened.”

  • “I’m too far gone to be forgiven.”

  • “I have to keep my story hidden.”

  • “This is what defines me.”

Me too. For much of my life, I believed the lie that I had to keep the messy, painful parts of my story hidden—that I had to keep it together, or at least look like I had it together. It was exhausting, and ultimately, it didn’t serve anyone.

But God, in His kindness, has led me on a journey of freedom from those lies. As I connected with women in the Bible—like Tamar, Rahab, and the woman at the well—I discovered that God has been pursuing, redeeming, and restoring women just like you and me since the beginning of time. Because of His great love and rescue plan, carried out in Jesus, we have nothing to prove and nothing to hide.

This is what shame feels like:

  • You feel as though people might see you differently if they knew your past or present struggles.

  • You have tried to share your story, but it has not been accepted or believed.

  • It feels easier to ignore the painful parts of your story than to face them and name them out loud.

  • You never feel like you are … good enough, pretty enough, thin enough, available enough, working hard enough, or simply never enough.

  • You thought you had moved past that chapter of your story, but now it’s resurfacing, affecting your current relationships.

Here’s the good news: you don’t have to stay stuck in these beliefs.

As a dedicated coach who has walked this road myself, I understand how hard these struggles can be. Through personalized coaching sessions, we’ll work together to uncover the truth about who you are—free, forgiven, and loved. I’ll provide you with tools and support to break free from these limiting beliefs and embrace a journey of healing that moves you from condemnation and bondage to freedom and grace.

I’m inviting you to:

  • Share your hard story without being shamed or silenced.

  • Go deeper in your walk with Christ.

  • Forge a path out of shame and into freedom.

  • Study and root your life in Scripture.

  • Exchange faulty core beliefs for the truth of what God says about you.

  • Take actionable steps to move toward freedom.

  • Experience a deeper understanding of God’s presence in the midst of your pain.

Your story matters

Every woman has a story worth telling. By sharing your experiences, you break the power of shame and inspire others to do the same. Together, we’ll create a safe space for honesty and healing, turning your shame into a catalyst for growth.

Why Shame Doesn’t Define You

Shame can feel isolating and overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to control your life. Together, we’ll uncover the roots of your shame and expose the lies that keep you feeling stuck. You’ll learn to replace shame with grace, truth, and hope, recognizing that grief and vulnerability are powerful strengths, not weaknesses.

For centuries, God has been pursuing, rescuing, redeeming, and restoring women just like you—women with messy lives and sketchy backgrounds. He delights in using the unworthy and unexpected to build His Kingdom. With a heart full of compassion and grace, He is running toward you, eager to renew and restore every part of your life.
