Teresa Whiting is a national speaker, author, and host of the Beauty in the Brokenness podcast. As a pastor's wife and ministry leader of more than 30 years, she’s been honored to walk beside hundreds of Christian women, pointing them to the beautiful, redemptive work of Jesus in the midst of their broken stories.
Teresa holds a degree in Bible and counseling and brings additional training in coaching, mental health, and trauma-informed care to her ministry. She is a friend and fellow struggler who has lived the truths she teaches. Her ministry is marked by vulnerability, empathy, compassion, and a deep commitment to biblical truth.
She is the author of Graced: How God Redeems and Restores the Broken, an in-depth study of six women in Scripture whom God invited into freedom from shame.
Whether speaking from the stage, leading a workshop, or sitting across the table from a friend, Teresa's heart is to help women connect God's Word to their everyday lives and discover the hope, healing, and freedom found in Christ.
Teresa and her husband, Greg, have five adult children and three grandsons. They live in St. Petersburg, Florida, where Greg serves as pastor of Fifth Avenue Baptist Church. In her happy place, you'll find Teresa walking the beach, spending time with family, or exploring God's creation untethered from technology.
