SHOW NOTES:
I so deeply respect Kristi McLelland and the work she does. She has written a Bible Study that is dear to my heart, Jesus and Women. So, it might not surprise you that I did a little happy dance when she agreed to be on today’s podcast. If you’ve ever struggled to understand the Bible or felt intimidated by it, Kristi extends a beautiful invitation to the way we approach God’s Word. I know you’re gonna love her as much as I do!
WE DISCUSS:
The impact of visiting Israel
How Jesus and Women was birthed out of a wilderness season in Kristi’s life
The restorative work of Jesus in the lives of women
The Bible and misogyny
What it means to feast on God’s Word
The holy work of saying “no”
Kristi’s new book, “Rediscovering Israel”
