Join me as I speak with my friend, Brenda Stewart, LMHC. Brenda brings both personal and professional experience to the show. She honestly shares how early sexual abuse led to an eating disorder during her college years. After overcoming incredible odds, God directed her into the field of counseling. She now provides therapy for women who struggle with sexual trauma, eating disorders, and anxiety. As we spoke, I couldn't help but think of Joseph’s words in Genesis 50:20 (NLT), "You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people." What Satan meant for evil in Brenda's life, God is using to do so much good!!

Brenda's compassionate heart and practical advice overflow in this episode! You will be encouraged and inspired by this hope-filled conversation.
