Longer Bio:
Teresa Whiting is passionate about helping women encounter the redemptive work of Jesus in the midst of their brokenness. With more than 30 years of ministry experience, she has walked alongside countless women, offering hope, truth, and encouragement for the journey.
She is an author, national speaker, and host of the Find Hope Here podcast. Teresa holds a degree in Bible and counseling, along with certifications in trauma-informed life coaching. Her recently released Bible study, DisGraced: How God Redeems and Restores the Broken, is a vulnerable outworking of her own story as a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. Teresa has found healing and freedom from shame through the stories of women like Tamar, Rahab, and the Samaritan woman—whose courage and redemption mirror her own.
Teresa and her husband, Greg, are recent empty nesters living in sunny Florida, where Greg serves as lead pastor of their local church. They have five adult children and three grandsons. In her happy place, you’ll find Teresa walking along the beach, enjoying her family, or exploring God’s creation—untethered from technology.
